Please return merchandise with all original parts and packaging. Prior to shipping, please call to obtain an RMA number to be displayed on the outside of the package. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer pays all return shipping costs. It is highly recommended that the item(s) be packaged well to avoid damage; it is for your benefit that we recommend tracking be added to your shipment.

We strive to ship orders in 24 - 48 hours, with most shipping the day after the order is placed. If you have any special/urgent requests please contact us and we will do our best to honor them.

Domestic orders of $75 or more ship free! Our primary domestic shipping method is USPS Priority (though liquid products will ship USPS Parcel Post as legally required).

If you require expedited delivery, several FedEx options will be made available in your shopping cart summary. Real-time shipping rates will be displayed in your shopping cart upon entering a postal code. FedEx shipments are guaranteed to ship by the next day, and same day if possible. If you require same day shipping please order by 8 AM EST; after 8 AM call 888-4-SkiWax or 717-860-9218 to confirm availability. FedEx rates are quoted for business days only (Saturday shipping or delivery not available). How do you count FedEx days? Do not count the day you ordered as a shipping day. For example, if you place your order on a Wednesday, select overnight for Thursday delivery, two-day for Friday delivery, and three-day express saver for Monday delivery (because Saturday/Sunday do not count).

Foreign customers can view real-time shipping rates will be displayed in your shopping cart if you complete the first stage of the checkout process. Click 'Proceed to Checkout', enter your billing/shipping address information, click 'Next' and you will be presented with your shipping options and costs. Foreign shipping is by USPS First Class, Priority or Express. Liquid products cannot be shipped to foreign countries. Customs forms will display the actual purchase amount and shipments will not be marked as gifts.
