Ski Man Hobby vise is very easy to use for tuning all types and shapes of skis. Features sturdy, high-tensile aluminum vise and is light and easy to transport.

Went out yesterday and was blown away. Spent lots of money over the years paying shops for wax/tune jobs. None of them could touch the results I got from doing it myself. Slide was smooth and crazy fast. For the first time in my life I finished a day with no graying on the ski base (incl. family skis). At the end of last year I was about to scrap my skis for something else. Once I worked the edges over and got this wax done up right, they nearly skied themselves; like a brand new pair of skis...

this kit is great. get it! it has this first time tuner tuning like a pro. so simple, Dr. D's instuctions are clear, concise-logical. the iron rocks. it easily holds steady temps. and i have never burned/smoked the wax like you used to always hear of people doing. our skis are faster, sharper easier to ski than they ever were from the shop. got the green wax too, but the all temp wax also works fantastic and seems just as fast, looking forward to getting the 5 moonflex stone and more brushes....
