Racewax.com Shipping Rates and Suggestions

• Never pay more than $9.00 for domestic shipping by USPS; that amount over $9 will be refunded upon shipment.
  • If the cart shows a higher amount, please pay it. Our eCommerce website can't do flat rate shipping. So we ask that you pay the shipping amount and after we prepare the shipping label, we will issue a refund for any amount over $9.00 that you have paid for shipping. We hope that our eCommerce hosts will modify their options in the future to avoid these extra steps. But until then, we will do the extra step of refunding you to keep costs low. Shipping by FedEx is not included in this offer.
  • USPS Priority is nominally 2 days, but not guaranteed; Parcel Post is 5-9 business days.
• Question: Why can't I see the shipping costs in the cart?
  • Your shipping options and cost will be displayed before you pay on the final checkout page - UNLESS - you register. If you register (and sign in) you can see your shipping cost in real time, live in your shopping cart. This is because the computer knows your postal code to make the shipping computation accurately.
  • You will have a choice to opt out on the last page without paying if you choose to.
• Do you plan to use FedEx?
  • If using FedEx, do not select the orange PayPal Express Pay button in the shopping cart (use the Continue Checkout button instead). Because if you do, your phone number will not be visible & this is required by FedEx. In this case, your order will be held until your phone number is known.
  • The default for FedEx shipments is "no signature", unless you immediately notify us that you require a signature.
  • Most FedEx orders will be shipped the day after the order is placed. If you need immediate shipping call 866-4-SKIWAX or 717-860-9218. Please leave messages, we will return your call.
• Are you from a foreign country?
  • Foreign customers will see "standard shipping service". This actually is the U.S. Postal Service as all our regular shipping is by USPS. Standard shipping service is the name for the non-domestic shipping rate tables that the computer extracts the rates from.

  • We do not mark orders to foreign countries as gifts on the customs form.
• Shipments to Pennsylvania addresses are subject to sales tax.
